Ask Travelzoo and HEB to leave the brutality of SeaWorld behind!

Although many companies have severed ties with SeaWorld, having learned about the exploitation taking place on its territory. abuseCop Parks, Travelzoo and the HEB grocery chain continue to sell tickets to these animal prisons. Huge public backlash prompted SeaWorld to end its messy killer whale breeding program, but the corporation continues to breed other dolphins and whales.

The documented acts of abuse by SeaWorld are as egregious as they are widespread. Dolphins are forcibly fertilized after being taken out of the water, restrained, and sometimes even drugged so that they cannot resist. More than 40 killer whales and over 300 other dolphins and whales have died in the parks, many prematurely. Dolphins swim up to 60 miles a day in nature, but at SeaWorld they spend their days swimming languidly in cramped reservoirs before their next performance, when they are pushed out in front of a screaming audience.

Dozens of major companies, including Tripadvisor, Airbnb and Snickers, have severed ties with SeaWorld. Let’s get Travelzoo and HEB to follow suit!
