Baton Rouge, Louisiana. “Since the Baton Rouge area is under flash flood warning, animals could die if left behind if an evacuation order is given.

Never leave animals outsidetied, locked, caged, caged, or otherwise imprisoned as they cannot escape the rising water. Anyone who sees animals in distress and cannot help should note their whereabouts and alert authorities immediately.
