Following a Capitol Hill assembly with GOP lawmakers, President Donald Trump took time to talk to the reporters and take questions on his proposed trillion-dollar tax invoice, which seeks to extend the restrict on Trump’s 2017 tax cuts from $10,000 to $30,000 for Individuals making lower than $400,000 yearly.
Through the press, a reporter requested him about his ideas relating to the remark made by Rep. Andy Harris, chair of the Home Freedom Caucus, who stated Trump didn’t adequately persuade sufficient individuals to vote for the invoice.
Initially, Trump began to reply to the query when he stopped to ask what publication the reporter labored for.
When he responded it was NOTUS, Trump stated, “Who? I don’t even know what the hell that’s. Get your self an actual job.”

NOTUS is a Washington-based nonprofit media outlet that describes itself as “a brand new Washington publication from the nonprofit, nonpartisan Allbritton Journalism Institute.”
His comment, which has since gone viral, was described as “savage” by many.
“One other banger, I concern,” one individual commented.
“Trump’s dismissal of the NOTUS reporter reveals his contempt for smaller media shops. It’s a petty jab that undermines press freedom and distracts from actual points. He ought to have interaction with questions, not mock journalists’ jobs,” one other added.
“Traditional Trump,” a 3rd remarked.
“Trump simply ended that reporter’s profession in a single sentence,” another person added.
This isn’t the primary time the president to get into “battle” with journalists.
